Why attack excel users about being stuck in the past? If I'm a cfo I usually live in spreadsheets. What do I care about high school projects? As an excel power user, it works for me and i can see calculations i make, what is it about your solution that works better than excel?

The beauty is you just disqualified yourself Imran Battla ☁ . As a power user you've already invested a lot of sunk costs and time to reaching that level. Many early and mid stage adopters of tech would want to see automation at scale where you see no issue managing in your mastery of the tool. That's the whole point!

Brilliant stuff! Would you go as far as touching upon the business impact of these problems in the outreach or do you leave it for later ? Keep it short to grab attention? Depends on the role /audience?

Leave it for later in most cases. Keep it short enough to fit on a mobile phone screen with no scrolling
