Looking to see what others do for accountability/ accountability partners. I am fairly new to my role and the industry I'm in (Copiers/Document Management & Workflow Optimization software/ Managed I.T.) Looking to seek out an accountability partner, not necessarily in my space, to help keep me in focus on the sales processes I need to be successful. I have been successful throughout my career but needing to move the needle to get to the next level! What is working for you all? What has worked for you in your climb to the top? What does your accountability process look like?
