Are you setting a good example?

Whether you’re engaging with a prospect or working with a coworker, have you given thought to the kinds of examples you’re setting?


We know that every interaction with a prospect either earns us credibility or erodes trust, there is no in-between.


Our coworkers are constantly watching us and making assumptions based on our actions. Yes, you may not have the “leader” title – so what?


You lead by your actions

You lead by your words

You lead by your work ethic

You lead by your values


Assume that the spotlight is on you 24/7 and that “someone” is always watching and learning from you.


What would you do differently if you embodied this mindset?
