Building repeatable sales machine is difficult. I learned it the hard way
Hi All, I'm Sylvain, I'm the CRO @ Pusher. I joined pusher as employee #9 (first non engineer) 7 years ago.
Since then, I had the pleasure to scale the marketing team, build the sales team from scratch (multiple time over) and lead the go to market from 10 customers to 3,500+, closing deals from the $1k (got to start somewhere) to $600K+.
We now have Marketing & sales team in London HQ and SF, where I relocated in 2018 to open the US office and hire the Go To Market leadership (VPs, Senior Ops, etc).
I'm joining Bravado because the way I was able to learn all of this, is to connect with peers, mentors an general great people. I want to (selflessly) continue to grow my network and meet new people but also help people who are on the path of doing sales, marketing, hiring teams, creating a go to market plans or any other things for the first time!
