The short answer is "it depends." Who is your Ideal Customer? What channels are they on? What kind of product are you selling? 

If you're selling a SasS product to SMB then your methods usually entail email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.

For me it is setting time to sit and make the calls. I love email, and am pretty active on LinkedIn, but find it tough to get motivated to block out time and call people. I know it is making an impression and that leaving a voicemail can be key, but being new to sales it is pretty nerve wracking even though I rarely get an answer.
