It’s the end of a 30 minute call: you’ve pitched, they’ve pitched. No one is going to buying. It was a waste of time.


Instead, always have a referral at the ready and give the person a task.

Building repeatable sales machine is difficult. I learned it the hard way

Hi All, I'm Sylvain, I'm the CRO @ Pusher. I joined pusher as employee #9 (first non engineer) 7 years ago.


Since then, I had the pleasure to scale the marketing team, build the sales team from scratch (multiple time over) and lead the go to market from 10 customers to 3,500+, closing deals from the $1k (got to start somewhere) to $600K+.


We now have Marketing & sales team in London HQ and SF, where I relocated in 2018 to open the US office and hire the Go To Market leadership (VPs, Senior Ops, etc).
