I'm Danila Cariello! I'm a SaaS Enterprise Sales Account Executive for Decision Lens. Our primary enterprise customers include State Departments of Transportation, as well as State CIOs. I have been with Decision Lens for 6.5 years, beginning my career as an inside sales and business development analyst. From there, I was one of the first account managers, responsible for client retention and driving organic growth within and across our customer base to include federal, commercial and state and local customers. Eventually, taking over the lead as the senior account manager for State and Local Government. From there, I moved into a junior sales position, and on to an enterprise account sales executive for the Western half of the United States, as well as international business. Prior to Decision Lens, I worked for immixGroup as a cooperate operations analyst, learning the bread and butter of public sector contracting and supporting a diverse portfolio of vendor sales reps.
I am also interested in learning about challenges in public sector sales and solutions, systematizing prospecting in the broad and diverse state and local government organizational structures (particularly, cities and counties,) and other best practices to help drive new business opportunity in new and unexplored markets.
