Are you ready to rock the New Year and a new decade?

I know I am.


I've set several intentions that I am acting on this year. Would love to hear yours?


  1. Continue to say NO to any/all requests that do not fit with my priorities. Time is finite, and I refuse to waste it simply to be nice.
  2. Get more sales leaders to change their mindset about their sales team's outbound selling approach. Message matters and buyers have had enough of the ongoing spam that adds zero value to their day. To book more sales meetings, you must change your message and approach.
  3. Continue to be a fierce champion for #WomenInSales and diversity and inclusion as a whole. We need less talk and more action. I have several projects lined up that lead to my intention to move the needle on the percentage of women in sales but more importantly, women in sales leadership roles! I aim to celebrate all wins and the companies walking the talk.
