How to split revenue based on subscription, consulting, training and maintenance?

For one of my new SaaS startup clients, they are working on their pricing model and considering different options.  If you were going to consider four lines of revenue, how would you base your revenue percentages on each of these segments? Monthly subscription, Consulting/Customization, Installation/Training, Annual Maintenance?

What I've seen most common is that 75-80% of revenue comes from monthly sub, and the rest falls into those 3 buckets.  You can pretty much always get some sort of install/training + consulting hours into a deal with MM / ENT customers.
