I use a template, which is the only template I use and has the highest conversion. It goes “Hey client, the reason of my outreach is that I want to make sure I didn’t overstep my bounds. Love break-up emails! I call them takeaway emails and they are the highest engagement emails I send. I wrote a LinkedIn article on the subject you can read here...http://bit.ly/EmailBreakup.
I tell them in the subject I'm about to close their files. Body is short and to the point and then I give them 3 choices they can send back in one simple email....
