Your top must have SDR Reports!

What are the top (Must Have) dashboards or reports you are looking at? I am assuming - New Leads by Channel (Inbound) New Leads (Outbound - SDR-Created), Number of Calls/Emails, Number of Meetings Booked, Conversion Rates on Templates - that's probably outside of SFDC. Anything Else?

What my team watches everyday - First Response Time - My team's goal 2 mins or less. Conversion rate of Inbound Leads: My team goal is 80% conversion of all leads that hit the queue that day.  Conversations- Three metrics we watch: Positive conversation rate, how many conversations, conversation length.
