What's one of the most challenging things in sales?

Following a consistent sales framework.

Whether you use MEDDPICC, Sandler, GAP, etc.

Do you follow the steps on every single sale?

I'll be honest, I haven't and it has cost me a lot, such as:

1. Stalled deals

2. Not realizing I didn't have all the information

3. Unsure when the deal will close

Given the times, I'm getting back to the basics and am running every current deal through MEDDPICC to see where I'm falling short.
