Create a roadmap for your buyer
3 weeks left to go in the Q and your buyer says:
“I don’t think we will be able to get this done by the end of the month.”

Don’t just set up the next step at the end of your meeting.
Set up the next 2 or 3 steps with your buyer as recurring touch points instead.
By laying out the next 2 or 3 milestones needed to achieve by X, Y and Z date, the
buyer sometimes will skip ahead and get more things done before the next scheduled meeting.
Help guide the buyer by giving them a specific roadmap to follow over these next three weeks.
If the buyer doesn’t think it can get done - show them how it gets done ✅
