Discussion Post: Week of 5/26/20

Hi Ya'll!

Would love to start a weekly discussion post where we can discuss our weekly wins and struggles.

I'll start it off!

Today started out well after a rough weekend. I was able to get a 15 minute meditation in since I was slacking on the weekend. I felt a lot of intesnsity around my self esteem. I went into an anger and shame spiral but managed to pull myself out.

Also had to focus on my body a lot to get out of the anxiety around a final meeting for a huge deal today. I'm spinning a little lmao. It's gonna be a good day, though.

How are ya'll doing today?

Dealing with a big move this Saturday has meant the past 2 weekends have been shot. Definitely a little run down compared to normal, but hoping to get back on the exercise train this week.

Working on the final session of my online course that I'm getting ready to release. It's been really interesting watching my anxiety and resistance increase as I get close to finishing it.

But on the flip-side, the wifey and I have started getting our diet back in check, just waiting for the gy...

The rut is so real. Quota stress is normal. Try to zoom back out to quarterly and annually when you start to feel that. Only adjust if those numbers are way off.

Pivoting should be minor. If it's major it should be because of a huge change (i.e covid) and even then should be very calculated.

Amen to excercise and diet my main.
