New post

During the Great Recession I started my own business in NYC and had:

  • no paycheck
  • no wife
  • no kids
  • no savings

And I still found many things to be grateful for every morning.

Going through that time made me a better person and salesperson.

Yesterday my daughters camped out in their new classroom for the foreseeable future πŸ‘©β€πŸ«

School has changed.

Business has changed.

Life has changed...

for the foreseeable future.

In between all the weirdness going on in the world and in business...I found myself

stepping back more than usual yesterday and was really grateful for having:

  • a healthy family πŸ™
  • great friends
  • a paycheck πŸ’΅
  • health insurance πŸ₯
  • great leaders
  • a strong company
  • a great team
  • an amazing wife who is now also a stay at home mom/teacher/potty trainer/gourmet chef πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ and medical studentπŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“

The situation isn’t ideal today.

The situation could get worse, but...

the situation could always be so much worse.

We have so much to be grateful for.

2020 will help many of us elevate our game and appreciation.

Bring on Day 2 in the Zoo.
