Hi! My name is Benjamin

Hello everyone!

My name is Benjamin, I'm a 90's kid, and thus, I grew up with technology already being in a more advance state.

People would describe me as persistent, passionate, commercial, and people focussed at the same time. Gentle on the people, hard on the facts.

I started my career as a Business Developer for a small startup (30 people big at that time, now 200+) that had a niche CRM solution for the SMB market to later grow to a sales & account management role. It was the perfect safe environment to quickly sharpen my skills and be ready for the more corporate world of Showpad, a Sales Enablement company with over 400 employees where I was in charge of the mid-market segment in Belgium - Netherlands - Luxembourg. Thereafter I left Showpad to join Intuo, a Performance Management & Engagement company to follow my heart for people and help companies create a people centric culture where there's place for personal growth and feedback.
