How do you deal with your self-awareness and faults on a day to day basis?

Hey Ya'll,


I've been spending a lot of time thinking about how I react to things and I'm kind of pissed at myself.


I found myself stuck in a pity spiral this morning, mentally defending myself from a piece of feedback I'd gotten.


I had to actively work to tell myself that this feedback was valid and to formulate how to address it.


I still feel like I probably won't fully handle it this time. It sucks to know what's wrong with yourself and lack the willpower to handle it.


Other people gotta be thinking about this but it feels taboo to share.
