How do you draw a line between knowing your limits and self limiting beliefs?

When does self awareness transform into self sabotage?


These are questions I ask myself regularly and what I've found is this:


The line may be thinner than you think


And has more potential impact than you might imagine


Think about it for a second:


How might you approach your day differently if you made the mindset shift from


"I'm not a Monday morning person"


to


"Mondays mornings are something I really have to stay ahead of. "


One approach recognizes the limitation and accepts it as fixed


The other recognizes the limitation and takes responsibility toward a positive action.
