It's ok to burn out.

Yes, you heard that correctly.

Recently, I burned out on LinkedIn.

Creating content for seven days a week, engaging, connecting, DMing, analyzing post metrics, etc.

I took a step back to realize what was important to me.

Here's what I learned:

1. Our community is beyond supportive

2. You don't need to be "on" 24/7

3. It's ok to take a break, I promise :)

4. Your community will understand and support you even during your breaks

We're all on an insane rollercoaster and have no idea when we'll get off this ride.

Make sure to take a step back and really look at the way you're living your life.

Maybe you're pushing too hard in certain areas, maybe you're not pushing hard enough in others.

Regardless, gaining perspective is key as you ensure to put your health first and foremost.
