With all of the uncertainty and scary news headlines, now more than ever it's crucial to make your mental health a priority. As a startup employee and yoga enthusiast, I know how much better I'll perform with a clear head.

I do a simple gratitude exercise every night before sleep, where I write down 3 things I'm grateful for from that day and any areas of improvement to be mindful of. This exercise has been very conducive to my mental wellness/fulfillment. Also not scrolling through my phone before bed helps!
