Responding to unknown caller on inbound calls
I've been running into a situation where after I call my daily list and leave some VMs, some prospects returns my call but I generally only see (555) 555-5555 when they call back.
I've tried a few variations of scripts to ask for their name and company without seemingly offending them, but am curious if anyone has a clever method of falling on your sword to gather that info? What might that sound like when someone is expecting you to know who they are?
Bonus: I'm currently using GVoice and Outreach, does anyone know of a tool that auto-saves or ports the company info into my phone?
