Sit all day? Try these 5 stretches to loosen your hips

These are my 5 favorite yoga poses to increase hip flexibility & mobility. It's perfect if you want to counteract sitting at a desk all day, have chronic hip pain, or just want to work on opening up your hips. Good hip flexibility also leads to less lower back pain. No prior yoga experience needed!
