Stop Hanging Up On Salespeople

It is mind boggling to me when a sales rep hangs up on another sales rep...


Mind boggling.


Seriously... what even is that?


I can even see that person complaining to their boss or a sales trainer or their friends about how they get hung-up on all the time, then turning around and doing it to someone else.


No wonder people hang up on YOU!


One of my mentors use to tell me, “you buy like you sell, and you sell like you buy.”


It’s the big picture idea behind a mindset.


If you hate sales calls yourself, that can easily translate into your outreach.


If you are cheap and always asking for a better price, your prospects or clients will do the same thing to you.


I changed this part of my life a long time ago.


I will talk to any salesperson who is dialing me.


If I wanted a new product/service in my life, I stopped price shopping and started brand shopping.


I changed my mindset.


It changed my life.


Have you ever heard of emotional transference? It is when the feelings, desires, and expectations of one person are redirected to another person.


Conscious or unconscious.


You have the power to project the way you feel right into another persons existence.


It’s a powerful reality.


So, salespeople. Stop hanging up on salespeople. It’s not helping you.
