Tips on maintaining a good workout routine?

70 days ago (yes I counted), I first posted about how social distancing doesn’t mean we can’t be social fitnessing, with links to free online workout classes to help us stay active during quarantine. Today, we are still under shelter-in-place orders, and gyms/fitness studios are still closed.


I’m curious to hear how others have been maintaining their workout routine. Anyone have good tips or workouts they love?


Because I’m definitely struggling and #quarantine15 is a real thing.

Hey Amy! I have tried a few things during this time - regular long bike rides, daily timed running, virtual Barry's with my wife, etc etc.

Benedict Fox thats a great reminder, I love it! I’ve also found shorter classes (whether yoga or HIIT) are easier to schedule and do every day as well. For some reason I just can’t stay in the zone for the 60 -75 minute workouts via video. I like how you implemented the mid morning walk break - I’m going to try that. Thanks for sharing!
