On Avg - There’s an interruption every 11 minutes, and it takes us 25 minutes to get back to our previous level of focus.
Which means we’re virtually never at our optimal focus level.

Would love to hear if anyone has found success using social media to build rapport and start conversations that lead to closes won. Granted it depends on ACV and persona, I wonder why more time isn't spent prospecting on places people aren't being bombarded (i.e. Linkedin & email)
