A servant leader mindset

Who cares if people use PODs, who cares if people say things on here you don’t agree with, who cares if someone finds fulfillment in a way you don’t like!

They’re not hurting you. You’re just being negative.

Meeting people where they are is a lost art.

Driving people away is the trend these days.

Because we feel the need to force our will on everything around us. To include telling people they are not acting “good” or the way we would prefer they be.

“You don’t sell they way I want you to so I’m going to come in here and force my opinion.”

That’s just an easy example to give.

But here’s the thing we can all learn from...

The saying, “nobody cares as much as you” has been lost in translation.

Allow me to explain.

Let’s look at the word CARE.

Care as a Noun: the provision of what is necessary for the health, welfare, maintenance, and protection of someone or something.

Care as a Verb: look after and provide for the needs of.

This entire post reads differently if you go back, after reading that.

Now apply this to the people in your community.

Those whom you serve.

Your family and friends.

Not yourself, your narrative, your opinion, and all the things that make you happy.

A servant leader mindset.

Meet them there, don’t force them out.
