Yesterday was heartbreaking.
The toughest day I've ever had as a leader.
I had to say goodbye to over 30 people that I hired, trained, and truly cared about. Plus so many more across the company.
For no fault of their own.
Tried to be 'strong' but 100% shed a tear in front of the team. This will stick with me for a long time.
But how I feel is for another day.
I know how I feel pales in comparison to the way the people I had to let go feel.
The fear, anxiety, anger, sadness. It's unfathomable.
Right now I want to focus everything on helping people find new homes.
They fought to the very end, we did everything we could over the past 2.5 weeks. I'm am so proud of them all.
If you know anyone hiring for the following in LA or Remote:
-- Sales Dev
-- Account Exec
-- Sales Managers (Closers and SDRs)
Please either tag them/the company in the comments or shoot me a DM.
These are good people. Hard-working. Very Well Trained (Sales and House) people. Strong culture fits in so many ways.
I try to give as much as I can to this network so when times like these happen.
The network can come through.
So if you can help in any way, I will be forever grateful.
