Tips on maintaining a good workout routine?

70 days ago (yes I counted), I first posted about how social distancing doesn’t mean we can’t be social fitnessing, with links to free online workout classes to help us stay active during quarantine. Today, we are still under shelter-in-place orders, and gyms/fitness studios are still closed.


I’m curious to hear how others have been maintaining their workout...

A lot of the posts I see from fellow sellers that have been fired in this pandemic follow a pattern:


1) announcing they've been let go (unexpectedly)


2) gratitude for the opportunity to have worked there


3) unsure of what's to come next, with some ending of optimism and excitement for a new adventure
