HR interview to screen the technical understanding of the products and expectations. I had a strong background and had many referrals so it made things easy. Phone interviews were pretty standard as well.
Interview Questions
I was provided a scenario to work on and present it to the panel. The panel had many top level executives and they evaluated me on my presentation style, content and most importantly how i was able to weave the narrative into the products they wanted me to position. As i had prior experience , it was much easier.
