What is the interview process in Amazon Web Services

Very arduous though the scheduling and progression of interview rounds is quite fast. The questions they ask are tough, you're expected to know quite a lot about the company and products already and have to do a mock pitch right on the spot. It's basically one long personality test to see how well you embody the Leadership Principles and if you will fit into the Amazon culture. Most never make it to the last round or what's called "the loop".

Final round was 4, 45-minute behavioral interviews focused on sales experience and amazon leadership principles. Interviewers were a mix of tenured sales reps, sales managers, and one senior sales leader

Few standard high level calls, all super easy. Like any other screen calls at other companies. Final round is a panel where you answer questions from various employees for 4h.
