Pros
Excellent work life balance, the best I've ever had. An awesome product, fun to sell. Incredible culture and benefits.
Cons
Very lean at the moment so people are wearing many hats and probably not entirely fairly compensated for the extra work. Startup, so things are in constant flux (quota, processes, etc.)
About the culture
Incredible! I've made some of my best friends here and management is always willing to listen and is transparent for the most part. Work life balance is awesome and it's a very forward thinking company.
Advice for New Reps
Come in ready to learn! No SDR role is going to be easy, but I think management does a lot to help people be successful. Quota will be hard to reach at times but compensation is pretty good.
