Firstly, a general phone interview with a recruiter, just to get a sense of your personality and resume. Secondly, an interview with the business development manager, general interview questions, I had sales experience but none needed. Looking for cultural fit and extraversion. Lastly, a quick meeting with the Director of Business development, just a get to meet you, quick questions as a pleasantry almost.
