Great people centric approach and really care about their employees. For some this would be a pro, but at the time of being there they were a non-commission all base role so gave a lot of folks good job security. Also a really strong work-life balance emphasis.
Cons

For true sales professionals, the lack of commission/variable means hardly any upside aside from the recognition of closing a big deal. This lead to a lot of stagnation and people not hitting targets. They were just breaking into true forecasting so had a lot of operational maturity needed, but were on the right path.
