they went through a rough patch with CEO/Board fighting, 2 ceo's in 2 years, bad press and layoffs. but they did adjust everyone's quotas down for new business as well as renewals given the climate. have done RSU refreshes and retention bonuses/equity. likely will be keeping sales HC stagnant for a bit and focus on productivity and renewals/upsell/churn through economic downturn
