Product is a pretty easy sell and some great people work here.
Cons
Low base pay, exec team is terrible, comp plan make no sense and every year gets worse. 2022 comp plan equates to a 20%-30% pay decrease for 2021.
About the culture
Laid back but its expect to be questions about what your are working on constantly.
Advice for New Reps
Maybe not the best choice. There is virtually no training and its only gotten worse since WFH. If you already have experience in the industry you might be ok but the pay is low.
