  • Pros

Educational environment, great management, awesome products, great new-grad programs, company is growing despite it being so massive already, strong market share with spinoff company VMware, cool incentives to sell

  • Cons

Compensation is lacking compared to big tech, management and senior SEs are quitting for higher-paying companies, no stock bonus, laptops my team got were not top of the line laptops that you would see at nice tech companies like MacBooks (Dell couldn't give us the XPS laptops which are pretty nice devices), still seems a bit old school culture-wise, no cool work swag

  • About the culture

Can see some bureaucracy and micromanagement, are not matching the culture and energy at other big tech companies, business casual in office (no flexibility), WFH is something almost frowned upon with some people, depending on the team it could be pretty chill, not many woman in leadership
