Honestly the best company I’ve worked for. The management has been excellent about training and development, everyone has a personal training plan for areas where they can grow taught by managers who have BEEN sellers RECENTLY. Pay is competitive for an SDR and they’re transparent about things that happen around you as soon as they can be. Nobody has been fired without cause and if you’re struggling it takes a WHILE of missing quota to be let go (no first month miss and a boot out the door). They’ve even reduced quotas twice in the roughly a year I’ve been there to keep track with the economy. And even then they’re still confidently pushing us to achieve and enabling and empowering us to make it happen. Love this place!
