Interview Process
initial phone screen with basic questions about my responsibilities, quota attainment, what sort of roles I'm looking to get into next. Next round is a behavioral interview with a Recruiter ('Tell me about a time when...' / 'Give me an example when...') as well as digging a bit deeper into my performance to align me to the best opportunity. Third round is a role play that the team prepares you for to see what kind of salesperson you are. Final round is another role play but focuses on Gartner-specific scenario that the team preps you for in advance.
