Phone or video screening: A recruiter may reach out to you for an initial phone or video interview to assess your qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.

First-round interviews: If you pass the screening, you may be invited to participate in a series of first-round interviews. These may involve one or more phone or video interviews with members of the sales team, as well as potential cross-functional partners such as marketing or product managers.

On-site interviews: If you make it to the next round, you may be invited to Google's headquarters or another office for a day of on-site interviews. This can involve a mix of individual and group interviews with hiring managers, team members, and other stakeholders.

Final interviews: If you make it to the final round, you may be asked to participate in additional interviews with senior leaders or executives to assess your fit with the company's culture and values.

Throughout the interview process, Google may assess your skills and experience through a variety of methods, including behavioral interviews, case studies, and role-playing exercises. They may also assess your problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively with others.

Four interview types: first, role related knowledge (RRK) - basically technical questions about products I'd put on my resume. Second, general cognitive ability (GCA) - a case study much like a management consulting case interview. Third, "Googliness" - how well one aligns to cultural values e.g. "disagree and commit". Finally, a mock customer meeting with deck and demo.
