Challenging sell so it's great for learning and development in your sales career. Great team of IC's. Great tool kit for sales reps.Lots of freedom with your work schedule and best practices - no scripts etc.
Cons
Weak leadership. A lot of redtape from Adecco. Haven't been able to come together as one team yet.
