Everyone is always down to help you out and grow. I've met with directors/VPs easily and pitched new ideas that are now implemented. The quotas are design to overachieve and the product keeps getting better.
Cons
Tough to say honestly. I'd say it's not always easy... as a seller sometimes you need to adapt. We have way less inbound leads than we used to and depend a lot more on cold prospecting.
