Advice for new reps Networking is a major requirement to achieve any career growth; it's the only way to find opportunities early and often. Aside from doing your job successfully, it is paramount to be outspoken, collaborative, and a true team-player in order to get your name out. If you are much more of a heads-down hard-worker that 'lets numbers speak for themselves' you'll likely be stuck in the same role while a 'show-off' mediocre counterpart somehow moves ahead.
