Pros
Great team, Great VP, good management, one free mental health day off per month on Fridays, major investment in training education budget, sandler training, ect.
Cons
Low quality leads, no outbound, low volume leads + they keep adding headcount, unequal territories, reps rarely hit quota. Marketing team churn is insane, there are about 3 marketers supporting the entire sales team. Really poor change management.
About the culture
The people on the sales team are amazing, VP really cares about the team and there is a big investment in education, this is why most reps are staying.
Advice for New Reps
If you are looking for a great sales culture this is the place for you, if you have a hard time with random and rapid change this is not. If culture is more important than money this is the place for you. Try and get in a good territory if possible.
