Came through acquisition, logo looks better on resume.
Cons
Lots of headaches during tech integration, access to SFDC, etc. Felt like growing pains, when they have acquired so many before us.
About the culture
Legacy org culture wasn't able to last long, corporate is very political with lots of bureaucracy to wade through to succeed.
Advice for New Reps
Seek more education beyond the virtual onboarding, which at the time was not relevant to my LOB.
