Pros
High Job Security. Nobody gets placed on PIP (performance improvement plans) or fired in the Cloud Venture sales organization as it is new and is working to fill roles to begin with. Any small win is celebrated.
Cons
Consumption based comp plan (as opposed to bookings based). Minimal Onboarding, must rely on manger and seasoned team members. Difficult accounts in Cloud Venture sales org. Many sales reps were hired internally for on premise licenses and still are learning the cloud pillar.
