Pros
Benefits and compensation were excellent for sales reps in mental health network growth. They *were* great. Benefits still are superb
Cons
The company adjusted levels and compensation over the last year to push out top talent and hire people to backfill roles with people they can pay much less to do more by-the-numbers sales. Network growth reps are now forced to follow very strict sales procedures and not get creative with leads or approaches to close with a new provider group.
About the culture
Quartet culture is toxic positivity at its most refined. Constant restructuring, favoritism, and incompetence across key positions and management has caused a massive brain drain with talent exiting in droves. The company hasn't proved itself and likely won't before it runs out of funding. The company's leaders act like employee wellbeing and engagement are the top priorities, but make no mistake: it's a burnout culture.
Advice for New Reps
Steer clear of Quartet if you care about your mental wellbeing.
Quartet Health
Quartet Health is a platform that makes it easier for people to get the best mental health care for them.
