    There are so many opportunities for learning new skills and support to do so. The atmosphere is very supportive in that management always wants to be in the know of what they can provide to help you hit quotas or penetrate your accounts.

  • Cons

    The caliber of support teams is hit or miss. If you get a good account manager or digital campaigns manager you're set, but there isn't much focus on making sure those teams are adequately staffed with experts.

    The culture is fairly supportive and growth-mindset oriented, though there is a tendency for leadership to play favorites.

  • Advice for New Reps

    You will learn best by diving in. There are so many trainings you could do to learn the products and pitches, but you'll learn and sell the best by jumping in feet-first: sitting on client calls, trying the pitch to low-risk clients, etc. The company (and your team) wants you to succeed!
