Interview Process
My phone screen/interview with the recruiter was very straightforward. She was very clearly reading off of a script and came across as cold. The whole interview went by very fast. I checked all the boxes, but I believe her lack of passion turned me off throughout the call. I could have faked being excited but it was not worth it IMO.
Interview Questions
After doing more research, it seems like the company lacks realistic quota targets. I also found through more thorough research that upper sales management seems to micromanage to hide their lack of management skills.
