Cons Lied about compensation - it’s hourly not salary. Expect you to make 600+ dials a day on an auto dialer with wrong phone numbers, which is ironic since the product is a lead-generation software. Quota expectation is ridiculously high - must book and hold 40 meetings a month. If you’re even 1 meeting behind, they instantly terminate you without warning or even a PIP plan. They lie and will tell you that they are a “no layoffs company.” They will shut down your accounts with no explanation.  You have to buy the equipment out-of-pocket with the promise of reimbursement in your first paycheck, however they take the money out of your last paycheck once they fire you so there’s no real reimbursement at all.  This company is all lies and very shady. They don’t care about their employees, only numbers/performance and will kick you the curb if you’re not at 100% quota attainment. I suggest staying away.
