Get to work from home. Great employees with great company culture.
Cons
Minimal room for growth. A lot of micromanagement from high level executives. Not enough resources but new projects keep getting added. People spread thin. People get put onto projects that they weren't initially hired for but still expected to deliver results as if it was their full time job. Not enough proper internal process/cross functional communications which leads to frustrations internally.

Advice for New Reps
Make sure you have defined quote/requirements. Advocate for what you need in order to be successful. Listen to other reps calls as much as possible.
